Return Policy:
To be eligible for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY all products must be packed in the original condition. To exchange your product you have 3 days to email us at sales@dopechicksrockdoopekicks.com after you receive your purchase with your contact details, and the reason for the exchange.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the product for an exchange, unless it was defective. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Shipping:
All orders are processed, verified and shipped within 3-4 business days after your purchase. We are not responsible for any orders that may get lost in the mail, incorrect supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages for any reason. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation, and the tracking number. Shipping cost is automatically calculated once you reach checkout.
